Free2Blue Rivers is an actively connected community of frontline participants and contributors working together to deliver a clear set of measurable sustainability impact goals that advance a regenerative and inclusive blue economy for Rivers State.

It is a people-powered movement uniting youth, women, riverine communities, innovators, creators, traditional institutions, and civic leaders to activate a climate-smart, just, and prosperous blue future for all 23 LGAs.

Free2Blue Rivers is the first Blue Economy Education, E-nnovation, Entrepreneurship & Employment program designed to connect 2.3 million young smart eco-citizens across every community in Rivers State.

Through this connected ecosystem, Rivers youth are empowered to:

A Program Built for Youth Mobilization, Empowerment & Deployment

This initiative is specifically designed to train, empower, and deploy eco-conscious youth in the largest Blue Citizen Action Campaign in Rivers State.
